Tyler Together Kicks Off 2017 Community Forum Series

2017 Tyler Together Community Forum Series

The Tyler Together Race Relations Forum (TTRRF) is proud to sponsor a new Community Forum series for 2017. These forums are part of our “Tyler Partners for Peace” initiative which focuses upon improving community engagement with our local Peace Officer organizations.

The public is invited to join us on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. til 7 p.m. for our first forum. We will be meeting at the City of Tyler Public Library in the Taylor Auditorium. Light Refreshments will be served at the beginning of the forum.

Our guest will be City of Tyler Police Chief, Jimmy Toler, who will present the recently released Tyler Crime Statistics and a Citation Contact Report (racial demographics for Citations Issued). After Chief Toler’s presentation, there will be a brief Question and Answer session.

Future Community Forums are scheduled at the same location on:

  • Tuesday, July 18th
  • Tuesday, September 19th
  • Tuesday, November 14th
